Meet Tyler and Taylor Mitchell

Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek is a locally owned and operated business by Tyler and Taylor Mitchell. The ownership was granted on September 1, 2017. Tyler grew up in the business and has worked for Chick-fil-A since he was 14 years old. He was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. Once he graduated from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte, Tyler pursued Chick-fil-A for a lifetime career and applied for the Leadership Development Program and worked for our Chick-fil-A corporate office. Throughout the program, which lasted two years while living in 12 different cities, he opened new Chick-fil-A restaurants and also led as the “Interim Manager” for restaurants that did not have a business owner. Tyler was able to gain even more business knowledge and pursued his own franchise. 

While Tyler was working for Chick-fil-A corporate, he met Taylor. Taylor worked for Chick-fil-A Glenmary since she was 17, a local restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky, where she was born and raised. Taylor graduated from Bellarmine University in Louisville, and started working for Chick-fil-A corporate once graduated. She worked in the training and marketing department at our corporate office. Once married in March of 2017, Taylor joined Tyler on the road while he finished the Leadership Development Program. In August of 2017 they made the move to Jonesboro, Arkansas. Tinley was born on March 28, 2023 and has been the perfect addition to the family! 

A few fun facts about us are that we have two dogs, one cat, and chickens, and we have traveled to all 50 states! Ask us our favorite states, and we’re sure it’ll change each time! We are hoping to travel to all of the national parks too. During our free time, Tyler loves to workout, fly airplanes, hunt, and be outdoors utilizing his farm equipment. Taylor enjoys traveling,  spending time at home tending to her chickens and garden with Tinley, and playing in the pool.
